NVR Web View misaligned!!

I all, i am very new to this forum. I have a strange issue...

When I open Dahua NVR / any IP Cameras using IP address in Internet explorer Browser, Video window is not in right place, its misaligned, i can't move that window, all good if i see on full screen. Any suggestions ?

Guessing a bit -
Are you using a zoom value other than 100% in IE11?
If so - try changing that.

Thanks for responding, Yes, I tried various zoom values, but it doesn't help, strangely, the zoom values effect background, but the video window is unchanged.

ya, its good on NVR via HDMI. only issue in Web view.

Have you tried other browsers? Such as 32 bit Pale Moon?

NO, i can't drag to the right.. and those are not visible.

i am having the same issue with an old dahua nvr. i do not think it is a firmware issue, since the last FW update was several years ago. i am guessing internet explorer is the reason it cannot render proper image. i had to smart using smartPSS. if you fixed the problem, i would love to know how you fixed it.

My Amcrust xvr does that too. I didn't when it was hooked to a Different monitor.
might be the resolution settings of the attached monitor. I tried changing the 125% inside the IE 11 Browser first. to no avail.
So i went to settings/ display inside Windows and dropped that from 125% to 100% and it corrected the live view.

it's the zoom value in Display setting in Windows thats needs to be adjusted it appears.

Thank you all for the support, i managed to fix the issue. its the combination of Windows Display resolution and Internet Explorer zoom settings fixed my issue.

Internet Explorer Zoom % is 125% and adjusted my Windows Display resolution, if it doesn't works for others just play around these settings and it will fix.



ITS ALL GOOD NOW....
