I received a NIP02 IP Camera, it will not turn on. I dismountedit and I found a capacitor SMD split and a capacitor missing. Someone can help me to understand the value of the capacitor SMD? Thank you

I dont know, but a board repair on a cheap camera like that is not worth your time.
