I have nothing but respect and admiration for those that stand up for what they believe in, 100%. I might not agree with them, and its quite possible I might even loathe them as a whole, but I can still respect their steadfastness to their cause. HOWEVER, ANTIFA ARE F******G COWARDS that cover their faces and wear masks! THEY ARE NEITHER HONORABLE OR RESPECTABLE. Why was there CHAOS? One board member doesn't want the City to be liable for a lawsuit. What? Can the City be sued for not approving a memorial be erected to a felon that was killed while assaulting someone? Perhaps so, but why would they think the case would not be thrown out? Liable for what exactly?
- I know, it's politics in a small town, big fishes in a small pond. The mayor is married to to the police chief's daughter who was the Homecoming Queen, Class of '69.
- I'll bet the chairman (the gavel guy) hasn't been out of the city since he graduated from HS in '70, back when was the QB on the football team.
- Another one collects money daily from the local DIY car wash and married the QB's sister.
- Billy Bob (lawyer man) took over his mom's house when she died at 80 last year and was finally able to move upstairs from the basement.
