Hikvision I-series 4.5 vs 4.6 ... a bad idea

In love with the I-series NVR but reconsidering since the latest firmware screwed things up and not for the better?

The NVR4.x firmware continues to have bugs and quirks as evidenced by the steady stream of updates.
The new 4.5x web code is a big re-write and will take a while to settle.
It behaves differently on every browser.
It's a work in progress.
