it seems to stutter when zooming and yesterday the color hue went all grayman on me and turned the grass and trees a funny shade of yellow
I saw this link DS-2DF8C842IXS-AELW(T5)
but I am a little gun shy after bricking 3 cameras 6 months ago after one did an update
 
Best place is to get it from the vendor you purchased it from!

Unless you wanna go for that 4th brick LOL

Dam it. I knew someone would say that
I traded a new Dahua speeddome with a memeber that had a hikvision one like the one I had because it was driving me nutz trying to get it to auto track and he got it from B&H who told me to FOAD
 
Are you sure it's T5 and not T2? What's your current firmware version?
As for hue changes, your SVC might be on or you have heavy packet loss on your network.
