Not the same picture, but It was a congenital limb defect, something like this. Its truly sad Original picture got taken offline long time ago, could have been potentially photoshopped, but this one is as real as it gets. Definitely something to take serious about

Wait, where did the other chick go to that you said wasn't a PS job????
That one got deleted years ago. I think Google miscategorized that as an embryological defect. This was back in the day when Google Search results weren't as precise as they are in the present day.
