Out of curiosity I once I tried turning OFF Safe Search, and the results were not appealing

That one got deleted years ago. I think Google miscategorized that as an embryological defect. This was back in the day when Google Search results weren't as precise as they are in the present day.

There are congenital limb defects where the limbs may grow out from the wrong part of the body due to gene defects responsible for limb development from the proximal to distal limb buds. It seriously fascinating stuff.
