4)indoor
5)720p is propably good enough
6) if possible 90 degree viewing, lower is ok

Seriously though, this is probably as good as it gets (alternative to Hikvision 2412 with 1.3MP). I've seen it as low as $80 at Overstock.

Ok next question is tiny nvr, about the size of a NUC, low power not necessary. Whose LAN port connects to wifi routers LAN port. Graps wifi camera video, 10-15 frames good enough.
