I know they had a few actors up on capitol hill recently taking ufo's. Until I see it myself and there is physical proof shown other than some burry videos, I'm a solid skeptic.

It's a fundamental leniency on the punishment of crime. It is the core of the progressive movement.Gee, I wonder having nothing but Demoncrap mayors for the last 25 or more years has anything to do with this....hmm.
If the outcome for committing heinous crimes was severe, things would change. And that means the death penalty.
So, taxpayers' foot the bill for years of incarcerating criminals that commit heinous crimes and then after millions are spent judicating their cases and keeping them housed, fed, and healthy they are released back into society.

In other rooms, investigators found blood, tissue and other bodily fluid samples. They also found thousands of vials that contained unlabeled fluids.
