Cannot get camera to work, do not know user name or password

I purchased Hikvision V5.2.5 DS-2CD2032F-I from Amazon it has IP 192.168.254.54. I cannot change IP I see it in SADP but cannot make changes
I set my PC to 192.168.254.100. I can now see camera in browser. What is the user name and password ? How do I change IP to 192.168.1.XXX ?
Instructions are in Chinese.
Does anyone have an idea ?

Reset the camera by holding down the reset button while applying power. Release the button 10 seconds after applying power. Reset button is on circuit board, inside the security dome.
 
Thanks all, I emailed the seller. Password abc12345. I can now change IP address and view the camera.
Does anyone know how to change the password ? Tried to put a different one in SADP but it failed.
