Reolink RLC-810A - RTSP stream frames missing

Hi, i use the RLC-810A and record motion with "linux motion" / ffmpeg rtsp to file.

I have missing frames on the recorded video. I also tried different framerates and bitrates.
Is it a quality lag of thes cams, or is there anything I cloud do?
I also use a Hikvision cam which works perfectly.

PS: Test command I used:

ffmpeg -i "rtsp:/user:pass@192.168.0.101:554/h265Preview_01_main" -c copy "/tmp/test.mp4"

ffmpeg version 4.1.11-0+deb10u1

It may have to do with Reolink's iFrame issues. If so, maybe a f/w update will solve it. It's been 18 months since the post below of beta f/w, so I suggest you check with Reolink Support's "Download Center" first for finalized f/w:

Thanks Tony, already using latest firmware.
The price of that reolink is good, picture too, but the rest....
what brands do you use?
