HikVision No HDMI menu output

Hi,

Device: DS-7616NI-K2
Firmware Version: V4.74.200 build 230522
Encoding Version: V5.0 build 230506

Problem: There is no options on the Menu Output.

What I already tried: Reboot the device, Update to the latest firmware and I checked it on another same device and nothing, the fields empty!

I'm not a NVR guy (I use Blue Iris VMS on a PC) but I must ask...which is currently plugged into the NVR....a VGA monitor or a HDMI monitor/TV ?

SOLVED: It turns out that if I don't have a screen connected to the NVR HDMI, then these fields will remain empty. When I connected a Full HD screen to the NVR the options showed.

That was my feeling, which is why I asked the question above.

Thank you, but note that the HDMI fields need to be with resolutions options also when nothing connected to the NVR.
For some unknown reason it's failed and only when I connected a screen to the NVR it's show up.

I'm wondering if this might be firmware version, or maybe even browser dependent.

edit I'm guessing from your firmware version 4.74 that you have the (D) variant of the K-series.
My screenshot below is from the original K-series hardware.
Maybe that's where the difference lies.

On a DS-7616NI-K2 / 16P with V4.71.005 build 220524 and nothing connected to either HDMI or VGA outputs, resolution options are offered.
The same options appear when HDMI or VGA is selected instead of Auto.
Checked with both Firefox/Linux and IE11/Win7
