All I can say....some people think something big is about to happen. Civil war? Alien invasion? A pandemic with a very high death rate? Complete collapse of the economy to make the big depression look like a picnic? Major natural disaster semi extinction event? The dismantling of the US similar to the collapse of the USSR? Mass terrorism orchestrated by illegals here from Asia/Middle East? Anti-Christ finally rears his head? Cats fornicating with dogs? Beats me.

Maybe they didn't have it with them. They obviously have the means to rent a car and stay at hotels, and even upload video to remote server as they go.
