Hikvision IP camera doen’t connect after powercut

I have connected some hikvision camera with dahua NVR. The cameras and the NVR is connected by two Tplink CPE510 in wireless client mode.Normally the camera run perfectly fine but when the camera sides loses power and get power again the camera doesn’t connect automatically to the NVR. But when I change the http port number of the camera it run again. I have to do it every time the camera loses power. What can be the issue?

For example the camera is running on port 80 and the power just cuts off. When the power come back the camera doesn’t connect automatically. I have to go to the camera’s web page change the http port number different from 80 to other number after that going to the NVR’s setting edit the camera’s connection settings from there change to port number to that which I newly entered into to camera
After that the camera connect again

Has the ONVIF user been set up in the Hikvision camera AND in the Dahua NVR for that camera?

Yes. The camera run perfectly. But issue is when the power goes off

Do you have the CPE510 configured as "AP" (Access Point) mode connected to the same LAN as the NVR's LAN port and the CPE510 that is configured as "Client" mode connected at the camera?

Are all 4 devices (Client at camera, the camera itself, the AP at the NVR and the NVR itself) on the same subnet and are all configured with static IP addresses?

yes it is. Just to clarify again the camera is running. But the issue is when power cut on camera’s side it didn’t reconnect automatically

I understand...but these are questions that I must ask, particularly of a newcomer...I have no idea how it is wired, configured, etc. nor do I know what steps you have taken up to this point.

Okay,. let's say it is working, the NVR can "see" the camera and then power is cut. When power returns and the camera does not "reconnect automatically" can you log into the camera's webGUI, using a browser and the camera's IP address, from a PC that's on the same LAN as the NVR?

I have the exact same issue with a Dahua NVR and 4 Hikvision cameras, each time there is a power failure I lose those cameras. And it's not an 'http port number problem'... I just enter the camera's web page, retype the onvif's password and hit 'Save', then I do the same on the NVR settings and it reconnects (I even use the same password each time). I think it has nothing to do with the password, it's just 'refreshing' the information on the devices. It's annoying!
Anyone knows a workaround?

I'd speculate that for some reason, the configuration change is not actually being saved.
What browser are you using? Unfortunately, it's still the case that IE11 works best, even with pretty new firmware.
Do you get a save confirmation when you make the changes?

After doing some searching on the web, came across a few sites stating that the Onvif user and password should be the same as the NVR's. I'm gone a try that and return with some feedback.
