Andy sent me a working version of SmartPSS lite.
@EMPIRETECANDY Is it possible to draw tripwire lines in SmartPSS lite? Unfortunately this isn't working correctly if I try to do this in the web interface with the browsers I tried (T54IR-ZE-S3 web 5.0), so SmartPSS lite is my last resort.
You need to make the camera settings in the camera GUI not SmartPSS lite.
You need to use browsers Pale Moon or Internet Explorer (yeah we know LOL but it is still native and available in Win 10 and Win 11)
i am on a business trip at dahua on Thursday and Friday, get the big news for the nvr update. This is the biggest update for the 5 series EI NVRs.

- finish migration to full HTML5 (no plugins) in NVRs and cams web interface?
- integrating new features (like AcuPick) into DMSS (or any other mobile app)?

Yes, it have some improvement, i can send you the log to watch, fw trail testing can be ok.
At the end of this week, we will release the latest new NVR 5 series -EI firmware and the animal detection firmware for 5 series S3 cams.

I updated one of my S3 cameras successfully, but I don't see any place to add "Animal" as an Effective Target. Do I need the latest fw update for my NVR as well in order for this to work?
