I recently purchased a IPC-B54IR-Z4E-S3 to replace a IPC-HFW5241E-Z12E overlooking my driveway. I intended to move the IPC-HFW5241E-Z12E to the front of the house to monitor the street. I installed the IPC-B54IR-Z4E-S3 but discovered that it would not auto focus. I did a hard reset multiple times on the camera and updated the firmware in sequence to 3.142.15OG000.0.R Build date: 2024-05-16. Nope, auto focus still will not work.

With the IPC-HFW5241E-Z12E running on the old web interface, it is easy to use the sliders to adjust focus & zoom; however, I can't find the sliders in the new interface. I am stuck with an out-of-focus camera. I can manually adjust the zoom by opening the bottom cover of the camera and pushing the buttons. I have been trying to access zoom & focus with both the Chrome and Safari browsers on my Macintosh. I also have a PC and attempted to use the Chrome browser on it. I still can't locate where to adjust zoom and focus. What am I doing wrong? (I'll attach an image.) Thanks for any help you can give!

See that you have bumped into the new Web 5 interface.

House > Live > Bottom left side of page

Just expand the zoom & focus and the setting will show up. To get an accurate reading for both set the zoom and focus speed to 1. Then mouse over the round dot at the end of the slider for your setting number.
