Hi, I just moved into a building that has this NVR. It's already attached to 16 PoE cameras, so it would be great to get a replacement that could just plug and play. Thanks for the recommendation.

Check if dahua oem .. look up MAC address, look at cameras, look at user interface.

Do you have user password for the system ?
 
Are the cameras Dahua? Can you get a model # from one of them?

I think its a Dahua OEM NVR - should be a tag or sticker on the box

If you you should be able to use this one, but need to be certain
 
I don't have the password. Attached is the sticker on the bottom.

For ip poe cameras :
Typically you will need the user passwords for the cameras ..

Sometimes you may need to factory reset the cameras
 
It’s definitely an OEM Dahua NVR.
So assuming you have Dahua cameras, the NVR I linked would be my recommendation

As stated above, you will need the password which is likely what the cameras are using, to connect them to a new NVR, or physically reset them to factory default.

A picture and/or tag of the cameras would help
