ipcamtalk store support ? need help with Blue Iris Key

Would someone please clue me in on how to get support from the ipcamtalk store?

I need some help to get the key for the Blue Iris software.

I downloaded the SW, installed it, and it is running well - but only in demo mode.

When I go the Store Account page and look at my order, the space for the Serial Keys is blank.

I left 2 messages via the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page, but no response or acknowledgement.

Maybe I'm doing this wrong.

Is there a way to get support? An email address maybe?

I'm having the same issue on my order this week, glad to know I'm not alone. No response from the "contact us" page or from the email associated with their paypal account. Not sure where to go from here aside from opening a paypal dispute if there is no resolution. Hoping this gets addressed for both of us soon.

@Mike is probably the one who can help, you could try sending him a direct message. His wife just had a baby, so he's surely a bit short on time and sleep.

@fenderman could probably also look into this.

@jdonaldson4 have you received your Blue Iris key? Or had any response from the Store on resolving your issue?

I have not gotten any reply or acknowledgement to my requests for support.

@WesternPine Unfortunately I still haven't received the serial key or any responses. Tried reaching out a few different ways, and tried direct messages as suggested above, but no responses at all.

In another thread there was mention of Blue Iris switching from digital river to something else for new keys. This could be related, idk.

Ahhhh, that explains alot, did not know that. I've been trying to get camera support help for a while but never got a DM response back from @Mike since mid June.
