I doubt that is a valid vendor account. BTW, trying to contact the seller to ask some question. No resonse either.
I'm going to add to my cart, but don't complete the purchase, and wait it out. I'll bet Aliexpress will send a notice that it is a suspicious account in a week or two.

Likely not. If they're buying most of their componentry in bulk, I've be surprised to see it cost more than that to manufacturer
