I can't activate my camera, the camera and PC are on the same subnet I think (picture)

Dumb question - but presumably all you attempted was to provide a strong password, applied in SADP?

If you can't get web page access to activate it, then maybe there's an activation tool. There's one for Dahua cameras, unsure what brand you're using.
