California lost our 3 boxes of NVRS last month. 15pcs NVR, delivered to the warehouse but never found.

Yes, your street is too busy may effect the accuracy, too many targets on the road, lol so need more settings on it.
yes 4K , the same firmware as the 4mp, just different resolution on the trackings.

1- The busier the scene the more this camera struggles with finding the target.
2- With clear open spaces it performs well out to 200-250ft or so, beyond that the complexity of the scene greatly effects its accuracy. If you have open fields/farm, limited 150ft street scene, or just not a lot of clutter, it will be adequate for most needs.
3- Contrast affects are somewhat opposite of what you think as normal for detection and tracking. Less contrast /flatter image seems to improve its accuracy
4- Complex IVS rules seem to be detrimental to its accuracy. My 6D series even my Mini don't seem to reflect this. I run multiple IVS rukles on most of my scenes without problem on fixed and PTZ cameras.
Detection was never really the issue with this cam. Tracking and finding the target, and proper id of target was the problem and continues to be.
Sure buddyLet me know if you want dav files for the new captures I posted.
Mine LOves a Flower pot with a little buddah statue next to it, and when it tracks someone behind a fence and comes across a bush, it shoots to the sky.Mine were/are identical
It loves trash cans, ...even when it loses them, ..standing still as trashcans often do

For the "Not tracking at all, after 5 triggers." video, did you happen to editing some of the IVS rules right before that? There is a lockdown time of 180 seconds after you edit or turn off/on ivs rules the ptz will not track, but only flashing the triggered ivs rules during that time. Here are some of my recent tracks after talking to JMCU and performing Global Config...
Tracking a truck's tail light.

Faster targets tend to track MUCH smoother than slower ones.
