    Use the SADP tool, select the camera you want to change the pw on. Click forgot pw and follow the steps on screen. You’ll have to email a file to your support rep/vendor and they will send you back a file to import and this will allow you to reset the PW.

    if you can access the camera, there might be a “reset button” on the camera board. Leave the camera plugged in (powered) and hold the button for 30 seconds. It should be defaulted to factory settings afterwards.

    How to connect lurex cameras to adahua dvr

    Just joined this morning and have some questions about License Plate Recognition LPR Security Camera W/ Long Range 8-32mm Lens. I have a copy of Blue Iris on a computer and wonder if I have to also install the recognition software fro this camera on same computer and wonder if this will overwhelm the computer resources? Also can Blue Iris take full advantage of all the features of this camera without using the software that comes with he camera, IE can I adjust everything on the camera without switching to the app for this camera? Lastly what are the mounting restrictions(distance, angles, etc) and for nighttime use is IR or regular LED flood lights better?

    I'm brand new here and in way over my head,, not sure where to post my long list of questions? I purchased a couple cameras Hikvision DS 2cd 2043G0- and an DS-7608NI-I2/8P NVR I can see both cameras on the NVR but I also want to format the micro Sd card for a back up recording, but can't seem to see how to do that/ Now I can't see the cameras in the list on the NVR, but I do have video? Thanks, John

    HIK VISION DVR DEACTIVATES AFTER REBOOT
    HELLO I HAVE A DVR WHEN IT REBOOTS IT DEACTIVATES
    IT NEEDS TO BE ACTIVATED ALL THE TIME.
    THE DEVICE STAR UP WIZARD IS UNCHECKED BUT STILL ISSUE PERSISTS
    THE DVR FIRMWARE WAS UPGRADE BUT STILL IT DEACTIVATES YOU NEED TO ACTIVATE IT
