Indoor (PTZ?) with good nigh vision w/o IR for BI that does not constantly "call home"?

Am I looking for a unicorn? Realink Lumus would be perfect (albeit not PTZ), but it won't work with BI. I want to keep it under $100. PTZ would be a big plus. We need to put those cams inside glassed-in porches so we can't use IR during the night. Streetlights are good enough, though. Also, I...

5.7.9.4 Getting "Restart AI to refresh the list" when trying to select custom modules. No amount of restart works

Getting Restart AI to refresh the list. Something broke in detection and I can't sort it out. Did my restarts, re-installs, downgrades, and upgrades. Running 5.7.9.4 BI (downgraded from 5.7.9.5 when I think it broke) with 2.1.11 CodeProjectAI on Win10 PC. Using CPU since Intel GPU on mobo and...

Indoor wifi (PTZ, if possible) cams that aren't huge or require app to setup or function? ONVIF a must

The ones I need IR lights off on are going to face the street, which has street lights. So lighting is fine. On the current ones I can't turn it off, so I had to put electric tape on it.

Is there a way to either get notification with BI crashed or have automatic restart?

I have Windows 10 Pro system with the latest BI. Sometimes I get these random crashes or shutdowns. Is there a way to set up BI so it is restarted automatically after a crash or at least I get notification?

Indoor wifi (PTZ, if possible) cams that aren't huge or require app to setup or function? ONVIF a must

Question: on the Amcrest IP2M-841 can I turn off IR and still be able to get B&W for the night mode?

Indoor wifi (PTZ, if possible) cams that aren't huge or require app to setup or function? ONVIF a must

I am in "violent agreement" with you. Re. ONVIF, it is kind of a "filter capability" I use, since cams that have it tend to not be as tied to manufacturer apps Re. putting cams on private nets and preventing routability outside -that is one of the reasons I want to toss Foscam. About a year ago...

Indoor wifi (PTZ, if possible) cams that aren't huge or require app to setup or function? ONVIF a must

I have half a dozen of those. Great cam but a bit of an overkill for what I need. The main purpose for them is for me to know who, from people who have keys to the place, came in.

Indoor wifi (PTZ, if possible) cams that aren't huge or require app to setup or function? ONVIF a must

Time for me to toss Foscams C1s and C3s into the garbage. The amount of call home traffic they do is ridonculous. I am looking for either PTZ or something small. Sub $50 would be nice. ONVIF is a must, so BlueIris can deal with them nicely.

Having issues with PTZ on PTZ1C203UE-GN

I tried Gray Moon, Firefox with plugin, IE with Plug-in (yes, gave it permission) - no luck. No PTZ as described. Also, no yellow label as one in your review

Having issues with PTZ on PTZ1C203UE-GN

Nope. There is no PTZ option at all.

Having issues with PTZ on PTZ1C203UE-GN

Having an issue with PTZ on PTZ1C203UE-GN I have firmware 2.810.0000000.4.R.E4.386. #1. Where do you do presets? There aren't any PTZ settings to be found anywhere on the web interface. 2. Side to side movement does not seem to work. If I phisically move the camer out of the furthest position...

Camera with decent low light capability w/o IR for mounting behind the window?

I currently have two Foscam C2E in the window in one of my places. Basically watching over the driveway. Problem is, you can't turn off IR on those. You either get day mode or night mode with IR. Forcing only day mode makes camera useless after dusk. At some point I will be putting in proper...

25 cams on i5 3.3Ghz 15GB RAM - system at absolute limit. How do I get more capacity out of it without replacing it with new?

Fair assessment. I do mind how much power I draw, since I am trying to keep my house Net Zero with solar production. So every device matters. All these switches, cams, other PoEs
