Hello, I have a problem with FTP screenshots. I have IVS rules enabled, and "Log" checkbox is on, but somehow I'm getting 0kb screenshots every few seconds, while nothing is happening on screen. I think I checked every possible setting but i'm still getting those 0kb screenshots something. Does...

That's the one in my last comment, and it's not working. I will contact them later, but I was wondering if anybody fixed this problem, cause upgrade seems not to be working.

The newest I found is V2.800.1051001.0.R.200706, but it is still limited. Is there any newer firmware?

Yeah, that's how it worked in the old soft. But in the new it shows port 37777 not Port 1, Port 2 etc. Should I remove and add cameras once more? This device is a bit far for me to go there atm so I can only access it remotely, and it would be yikes if I removed them and couldn't add them back D:

Hello, I have most on my cameras connected to 192.x.x.0 subnet, and 6 of them connected to NVR's internal PoE switch on 10.x.x.0. I want to change their adresses to ones from 192.x.x.0. Should I change switch adress in NETWORK>SWITCH, and then change camera adresses from CAMERA>REMOTE DEVICE, or...
