Is there any fix yet on using EMpire techs firmware vs Dahuas when using the cam with a vms like DW spectrum. In the past ive had to use Dahua firmware for Dw spectrum to pull up the dahua sdk for smart events

I am using Dw Spewctrum VMS/ NX Witness I have found that the firmware provided by Andy is generic and when DW loads to camera in it comes in as general, causing the cameras anyltics not to work with the vms. Is there any simple fix to getting DW to read Dahua?

Has anyone figured out a way to have the built in Led lights on this camera turn on when it sees motion? I assumed the led lights would work this way but it appears that dahua only wants the LEDs for deterrence only?

yes, It was working fine for 3+ months then suddenly it just stopped playing back files, My wife noticed it first on the android app then when I went onto the server I also could not play anything back locally.
