Good timing. I was off site when I remoted in and posted that web GUI screenshot. This afternoon I went to the site and went directly to the console and found the exact thing you posted above. I took a shot of it and intended to post it when I saw your reply. Many thanks, all good now.

I thought this was standard feature but can't find it. Have a client that wants to make sure only certain specific mobile devices have access to the NVR. An older NVR user manual pdf shows a mac address option in a user setup on the NVR, but not seeing it on this NVR I have. Also the HIK...
Armarzook, not sure, it's been a while for me. I'm guessing it might be an access or permission issue on that file open. Make sure it's in an accessible directory or the default one that the TFTP program thinks it should be in. Also make sure all firewalls, antiviruses, etc are turned off...
Is that reset feature something different than emailing the request to HIKVision tech support? I'd love to have something I could administer locally without having to wait for a reply. They claim 30 minutes, but I've had times where I NEVER heard back. Was fortunately able to reset via that...
I'd just like to add my recent experience. Had a customer's 7608NI-E1 NVR ready to upgrade firmware. (I noticed quite a few of those models were mentioned in this thread. It's the first HIKv NVR I've ever had do this during a firmware upgrade.
I was connected to it from my laptop via wifi...
Not what I was hoping to hear. Theorectically, the 77xx models should be able to handle 16 cameras. Can't imagine what the 7616 would do under similar load. Swapping out the entire unit is not best option currently. Think scaling back some bandwitdth loads might help?
I'm a dealer and the last 3 we've put in all show ridiculous cursor lag when using the mouse on the console. All are fully populated with 16 3mpxl HIK DS2-2032i cameras and just took the default NVR settings options (more or less plug and play). The cursor will freeze for a good 3-5 seconds...
