    568b cable standard

It's absolutely critical that you wire it correctly. I had a customer that reported an issue with a cable, and it was wired with the pairs all next to one another. While it will test ok on a cheap continuity tester, it failed big time with a Fluke LAN meter.

    Cameras all connected

The easiest solution is to get another network card for the BI PC, and use that to put the BI PC on your home network. You can get one easily for $10-20.

Network problems - tracking down issues

It's a common consensus that wifi sucks for security cameras. It will never be as reliable as a wired connection. This is even more true as you add cameras. That said, trouble shooting wifi is a lot like putting a jigsaw puzzle together in the dark. Your best bet on figuring out the problem is...

where to place / hide NVR?

I don't have a lock box, as I'm not that concerned about security. As for the TV, it works for me, since it's in my bedroom. I also use it with my Roku if there's a game I want to watch. 32" was my target size, but my range was 27-42. I got it off craigslist for $60. My requirements were...

pre made cables for PoE cams

CMX cables are not riser rated. CMX is reasonable for patch cables, if they are used as patch cables. If you want to run cable in the wall or between floors, get properly rated bulk cable.

securing BI pc and where to store/access

If you want to remote into the computer, and only do it on a local network I'd set Teamviewer set to exclusively use LAN connections so it doesn't connect through Teaviewer's servers.

NVR, 4 x IPC's getting the same IP?

Those are not IP addresses or MAC addresses. What's the model number of the NVR? Most likely if it has network ports, then they are PoE.

NVR, 4 x IPC's getting the same IP?

I'm going to assume you are scanning with Tinycam. I don't use Tinycam, so I'm not sure how it finds the cameras. If the cameras are connected to PoE ports on the NVR, then the cameras are not really on your network, but on a separate network on the NVR. In which case, the NVR may provide...

Dahua 2MP 25x Starlight IR PTZ Network Camera (SD49225T-HN)

Extension cords are supposed to be used only for temporary situations, but they are often are used as the permanent solution. That said, sure you can use an extension cord on the UPS. If you don't have a Kill-a-watt, you should get one. Personally, I suggest testing the UPS by unplugging it...

How do you connect rj45 with Cat6 or Cat7?

It looks like these run about $30 per jack. Keep in mind, Gigabit Ethernet was designed to run on most Cat 5 UTP cable. So, like Tony said, Cat 5e is all that's needed for most people with today's networks. And people recommend Cat 6 on here because the slightly larger gauge wire (23 vs 24) is...

Is there a reliable online source for quality premade cables?

How about cables that are actually certified? Not cheap, but quality never is. Data Cables at Blue Jeans Cable

    568b cable standard

There shouldn't be much need for crossover cables anymore. All modern equipment does auto-negotiation (nway). A good reason to connect all 4 pairs is because Gigabit Ethernet uses all 4 pairs.

TV or monitor for camera viewing?

I prefer a TV so I can use a remote control to turn it on/off. TVs are also more likely to have multiple HDMI ports.

    Need some camera advice please..

I think you need something made for sports, not a security camera. A fast shutter speed like 1/1000 will get capture fast movements. How about this: SOLOSHOT® Robot Cameraman‎
