That thread looks to be for Blue Iris, not Blue Iris Tools. I am seeing Blue Iris Tools stop after several days of running. BI never seems to crash for me anyway.

Not 100% sure W11 is the culprit but BIT seems to just stop running after a few days. Anyone else seeing this? Thank you!

I had to go back to 5.6.1.3 (doesn't mean it broke right after that one) because the version just before 5.6.6.X still had the issue for me. BI support has not been fast in getting back with me about the issue and the only thing so far they have contacted me about was to go back to the latest...

Maybe my issue was different. I lost all clips, not just alerts. I did go back to the version above and it seems to be working again and I did report it to BI supoprt. Thank you for all the help!

Looks like this is my issue. I guess you just have to rebuild the database every time you reboot the PC?

That is very possible. I will check. Assume when this happens the app and the external viewer would also show no clips available?

The last few months I am noticing the database is gone after the PC reboots. Rebuilding works. I am on the latest stable version. Thank you!

I finally updated to Windows 11 several weeks ago and now I have to reboot the PC quite often because RDP will not connect and things can even lock up while in RDP. I think it has something to do with having the console for BI up and using RDP because I tried VNC and it does not seem to cause...

Quite often the cameras will not load after being int he background for a while. I then have to force kill or back out completely and restart the app to get them to load. Any ideas? This has been an issue for a long time on several different phones as well.
