Anyone else having issues with Online access to their camera? Mine is up, my internet is fine, and I can stream via BI but in Guarding Vision, (EZVIZ Cloud backend) it says it’s offline. Going to reboot it but curious if anyone else is seeing similar issues?
The only way I was able to get alerting and door bell ring events to reliably come to all of the devices was to have everyone login with the same userid and password. Using the share feature didn’t work for some functions. That was about a year ago so maybe it changed. Honestly the time it takes...
i don’t think it matters which firmware Version you use. I have not found any of them have changed the URLs or provided any significant features beyond ONVIF support. I too would like snapshot capability but lest I left this route defeated. None of the urls I have for Hikvision work on this...
sounds just like what many of us has experienced with an undersized transformer. The contractor grade 16v 10va units are too small. I suggest 30va orhigher
i don’t think this camera has a still image url. I’ve tried all variations of them without success. Usually it would be:

need some better clips! ;-) but I must say, I’ve been there and boy it stings when you see this play out. Always worse is that it keeps playing out in your mind for several hours as you stew on it. Sorry man.
