Wow, thank you! That was indeed the problem...I never thought to check the user permissions, would not have thought that if they can view the video that audio would have been a separate permission.

Would you post a link to the actual tablet that you are using? There are quite a few to choose from and it would be a good reference to see the one that you are actually using.
