I've had this camera for several years now. It was a good camera. I think it finally gave up the ghost after facing brutal sun for years and people pressing the wrong "button" to ring the bell. Currently looking for the next thing to replace it. Looking at the Amcrest AD410.
Thank you for mentioning find/inspect! This came up in the box when I ran it. I'll post a screenshot of the setting page also. The find/inspect is what I was missing. The cameras were active in the system, but the additional information didn't become available until I ran that again.

I'm setting up Blue Iris and I have 20 cameras connected now. I am going through the Wikis on here and have reached the optimization section with substreams.
I have some Lorex e891ab cameras connected to BI but I can't find anything to identify the correct paths for the substream. I must be...
I am setting up my BI server and I have the basics sorted for equipment. The only question I keep reading conflicting info on is the type of storage for "New" recordings. Some people on some sites recommend using SSD for new recordings. Others say to just use a surveillance drive.
Is anyone...
So, I turned off the breaker and let the battery discharge overnight. I was able to reset the device and I can now access the camera with the EZVIZ app. I reached this stage before. I am still running the Hikvision firmware. I hope the doorbell doesn't continue to lock up. If so, I'll go back to...
My doorbell is locked up. I can't access it in any software and I can't reset it via the button under the faceplate. I'm going digging through the thread now. For the record, I was running EZVIZ firmware fine before trying Hikvision.
That's a neat tool. I'm able to see various settings for the doorbell with the ONVIF Device Manager you shared. Is there anything here I should look for, for something wrong?
I can access the doorbell through the EZVIZ app. I can access the camera/remote configuration in ivms-4200 software. I have reserved the IP in my router and set the IP manually for the DB via remote configuration. I am trying to access the camera through the FlirCloud software and Lorex...
I got the SSID renamed. That was a pain because my computer didn't want to keep the connection. I eventually got past the password issue. The the SSID was EZVIZ_serial# but the password was softap_authcode. That got me through setup but now when I scan my network, I'm not seeing the DB as an...
I tried following this to update my firmware to the latest Hikvision and I'm stuck with an incorrect password. When trying to connect with the EZVIZ app through the wizard or manually. I used ivs-4200 instead of Batch Config. I wish I just left things alone.... gtrrrr
Great idea! Thank you for sharing the pictures. This looks good. I need to do something like this. Our interior cameras are primarily used to check in on our cats. :)
I was thinking about doing something like that but then I thought I would be doing a bit much for the work around. Now you've made me reconsider it. Do you have a picture you can share of your setup?
