Is there a way to increase the length of the recording when motion detection triggers? I've set "Cut video when triggered with break time" to 60 seconds, but its not recording 60 seconds of video when the motion detection is triggered. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks,

GOT IT! I guess the camera has to be powered on while you push the reset button...

It appears someone has already Initialized this camera. When I try to do 'Forgot Password', it shows the email address that its sending to as 1***@qq.com, which is a chinese website. The factory reset switch inside the camera doesn't appear to be doing anything. i don't know what to do now.

There is an option to send the encryption string from the QR Code to support_rpwd@global.dahuatech.com. I've done this, but no response yet
