I'm trying to figure out how to rotate the image on my DS-2CD4585F-IZ by 90 degrees. The specsheet says it has "Rotate mode", but for the life of me I can't find it anywhere. Any tips anyone?
Some prices I received including DHL shipping:
DS-2CD2335FWD-I, 148USD/pcs
DS-2CD2185FWD-IS, 223USD/pcs
DS-2CD2385FWD-I, 225USD/pcs
From what I've heard these cams are due to be released in April. I have the 2335 on order, quite curious to see how it will perform in the dark.
I'd indeed think it's the amount of data the NVR can capture simultaneaously, but only in a worst-case scenario. Say you hook up 8 cams to the DS-7608NI-I2, the total incoming bitrate across all cams can only be 80Mbps.
Same goes for the decoding. It can simply do 32MP decoding at the same...
Thanks @Speed666, those images look good. What about the PTZ sensor? It's supposed to be even better according to the spec sheets. And how is the zoom on it?
I'm also interested in some test images from the 6223 / 8223.
Please post some more details, possibly in a new thread. I'm sure we're all very interested in night images and any other experiences you may have with this cam!
Easiest way to do this is to just do a copy of the videostream and insert a silent audio stream. I'm using the following to stream a 4k camera with 20fps to Youtube with 1-2% CPU usage:
ffmpeg -ar 44100 -ac 2 -f s16le -i /dev/zero -i "rtsp://xxx:yyy@zz.zz.zz.zz:aaaa" -codec:v copy -codec:a...
