DS-2CD4585F-IZ rotate mode

I'm trying to figure out how to rotate the image on my DS-2CD4585F-IZ by 90 degrees. The specsheet says it has "Rotate mode", but for the life of me I can't find it anywhere. Any tips anyone?

Do you have 'Capture Mode' enabled?
I have a vague recollection they may be mutually exclusive.

Can you see the option at all? or is it disabled?

I can see the "capture mode" option and it's set to "disabled". I'm also not using H264+, just regular H264.
