    Hello I installed the 03-2017 firmware on the ptz sd59430u-hni and it works fine, there is a problem with smartir after the 7x zoom goes off.
    How can you fix it?

    The weather has finally been good enough for me to install my new camera, Dahua SD49225T-HN 2MP 25X Starlight IR PTZ Network camera, but I only have 3 screws for the wall mount and no screws for the mount to attach the camera. What size are they so I can go get them? I'd like to put this camera up asap, rain will be back in a day or two.
    Please let me know what can be done

    just curious, what's your return policy on buying cameras from you? also, what's the warranty?

    1 year warranty, if the camera broken, we can do the fixing and undertake the shipping cost, but if you not like the camera, shipping cost have to by you.
