My clips are no longer available for me to view over 1-2 days no matter what I do (I have tried many solutions as posted on this forum). I am an old guy and losing my "computer" abilities and looking for an easy way to get back to normal. I lobe BI & really need it "operating as normal".

Is there simple way to reset BI without losing license code?

Yes i have set that up with 40gb & 7 days - I am using 4 cams 24/7 and never had a problem till a few days ago - I just allocated 20 more gbs yesterday to make the total of 40 it seems to just be keeping the alerts for one day more or less thanks

My storage seems to be almost full and alerts are not available over a day old. How do I increase the storage?

No it does not forget my loqin info, it logins automatically always with no probs - just that later it will log out again all night long.

this browser worked great for viewing BI for over a year on three diff pcs

I have to login often on my remote view, this only became a problem in the last few weeks. Did an update change something I am not aware?
