I have had all kinds of problems when trying to upgrade FW on my KD8003 units and I made few posts in October: this and this.
I sent two of my KD8003 units to a reseller in Estonia and I wanted the units to be downgraded back to 2.0.8 but for some reason they both were upgraded to 2.2.56...
I'm now wondering where to give the access code for KD8003 with FW 2.2.56. For the old FW 2.0.8 this was given under Permission Password (see attached screen copy). For the new FW 2.2.56 I have been trying to find it under Intercom tab.
I think I changed the IP back from 192.0.0.65 after resetting the KD8003 to 192.168.1.xx but I need to double check this later today. I'm using also SADP and Batch Configuration softwares.
OK, thanks. I'm still wondering if Hikvision has made changes to the hardware so that my units which I bought in 2019-2020 can't be upgraded to the latest FW version. I have now looked at my old email discussion (from January 2021) with the reseller and it seems that I had tried to upgrade one...

Nope, I don't know what this DAG error means. There is another post in this forum about DAG error but no answers.
My situation is a disaster, only one KD8003 out of 3 is working. One unit is bricked (with firmware 2.2.3) and it is offline whatever I have tried to do. Second KD8003 with 2.2.56...
Complete disaster this afternoon. I tried to upgrade my side door unit to 2.2.3 and after rebooting the unit is offline. I tried to switch off power but it didn't help. I then put my third (spare) unit with 2.2.56 to side door. Now access code and none of the cards work. They worked yesterday...

I made the upgrade 2.0.8 -->2.2.3-->2.2.56 which seemed to go well. I managed to activate the unit in Batch Configuration software but now my cards are not working. I get the same error message in iVMS as in thread: Hikvision IVMS Access Control Access Group Error code: DAG.dll[1001]
