Correct, I have yet to put the two in service. I upgraded the firmware in hops that they would start working on the Hikvision NVR PTZ controls but it's been futile so far.

Yes I would love to correct this problem, I'm running IPNC S2l2.0.1_build 20161012152123 and it's now inverted after upgrade.

I am thinking the cameras no longer support Hikvision NVR. As you can see on the picture below I have it setup correct but still get "Operation failed or no permission". This is channel D04.
