A couple of days ago i ordered a new phone display and some other stuff from Aliexpress. Normally it takes about 1,5/2 weeks to get it here. When looking at the updates that should still be possible.
At first i had the same result as you describe. Just whipe all the boxes. Save it. Then select a small zone click save again. Then select the complete zone. And save

I'm using a similar installation except from the network seperation part. And it is working fine now. btw i'm using Firefox.
I thought i saw that option in the Ezviz app whit the Hikvision firmware running. Well i never use the app for the intercom function. So after the installation of the doorbell i put a piece of tape on the speaker. So when somebody presses the button you hear a very soft sound.
The best option for adding the doorbell to SS with all the options is to install a firmware with ONVIF support. Then you have all the extra options you need. A year ago when i bought this doorbell cam i was not able to add it to SS using the user defined RTSP option. So i did some research and...
@alexdelprete I've reset my doorbell to factory defaults en configured my doorbell from scratch with the Hikvision Firmware in the Ezviz App. That all went fine. But the problem in the Batch Config tool persists, so no live view in the image settings and motion detecion area.

I see a white window in Image Settings no live view. But when i click in de batch config tool on live view I can see the stream. Could be that a reset will fix this. But it is not a big problem at the moment.
I've installed the Ezviz app and tested with encrytion on and off. But i think the encryption is just for images/videos stored locally on the sd card/phone or cloud and not for the stream. Well resetting the doorbell could be an option but is to much of a hassle right now. Motion detection...
No i dont see anything in the image section. Well i do not use the app, i only used it for the initial installation. But i can reinstall it on my phone and have a look.
@alexdelprete I've just upgraded my Ezviz DB1 with the Hikvision firmware. When i start the Batch Configuration Tool and go to Event / Motion Detection i can check the Enable Motion Detection option but i do not see the camera view. Am I doing something wrong?
