Ok I changed the router 'forward to' to the Blue Iris LAN IP address that starts with 169.xxx, still doesn't connect with the change. There are four choice there from a pull down menu, the 169.xxx is the last one. Not sure how it was chosen, it was just what was on the screen. The other 3 are...
