Hi All, I usually buy all of my Hikvision gear from Xinray on Aliexpress but would prefer to source from a supplier in the UK although I'm not in the trade. I asked Adi Global if they allow over the counter but they advised I need a trade account. Any advice?

Received support from the seller which is great, didn't expect that considering I purchased from China. Had to amend the IP address and then add to the NVR as Onvif and now I have it working, for anyone with the same issue!

Hi - Both devices purchased via Xinray on Aliexpress. Although, even plugging in my legitimately purchased Hikvision camera directly to the NVR brings no results? All cameras when connected directly to my switch can be found on SADP and viewed in the web browser. Really pulling my hair out...
