All of the sudden one of my cameras is not showing up on Smart pss and the phone app and I'm getting a "Connection failed/login timeout" message.
What is the best way to troubleshoot this?

Andy I recently bought 3 HDW5231R-ZE cameras from you.. When I try to set up IVS Rules the only option I see is Tripwire.. Aren't there suppose to be other options also?
