    Webgui works, Blue Iris doesn't

I pressed add camera in Blue Iris. I put in the IP address, username and password for the camera in Blue Iris. I press find/inspect and everything appears fine. When I press ok, it comes back with no signal. I put the same information in Internet explorer and everything works fine.

    Webgui works, Blue Iris doesn't

I installed a few Dahua IPC-T2231T-ZS cameras. I can view and configure the cameras on Internet Explorer with the proper IP addresses I setup. However, on Blue Iris 5.3.9.6, only one of the cameras will not start. I get a "No Signal, Error: 8000276 (Socket error: 10054) 0". Deleted are added the...

I have a new Dahua camera that looks bad in BI but great in the webgui. What could be causing this? What do I do to fix it? Here is BI Here is the Web page

    Can't access camera

It turned out to be faulty wiring. The ethernet plug had wires crossed. I cut the end off and put a new end with the wires connected correctly. I also changed the POE from passive poe to a 8 port POE switch. No problems since.

Huisun v1 won't pan or tilt completely

I apologize if I wasn't clear. The cameras are all connected to a Trendnet POE+TPE-TG80g router with up to 30W each port. It also did it with another POE+ passive injector.

    More than 20 presets

Is it possible to configure BI for more than 20 presets? I set the Huisun for 25 presets to zoom into each parking spot and read licenses throughout the day. How can I patrol/auto-cycle all 25 camera presets in BI?

Huisun v1 won't pan or tilt completely

Just an update. I switched the camera to 12 vdc and it made no difference. I reversed the camera back into the keyed position and there was no difference. I checked preset 95 and there is no change in any menu option. I did not buy the camera used. It was from the same Aliexpress store as...

Huisun v1 won't pan or tilt completely

I have 2x Huisun v1. One of them doesn't want to pan and tilt all the way. I can get some panning but it won't go the whole distance. The numbers showing the degree of panning and tilting continue for a little while longer but then stops also before getting to limits. I've tried to reverse the...

Mini PTZ V2 Suddenly Stopped Cold

Whenever I got a network anomaly error, it was always because of bad wiring. It turned out to be the ethernet plug that I crimped wrong. Once I fixed that, the error went away. It's strange that the camera worked fine for a little while, and it would find an ip address but then loose the ip...

    Can't access camera

Yes, I have SADP 3.0.0.2. I made a mistake previously. The http port is 80 on all cameras. But the 3345 still does not let me enter web gui at all. When I try to change anything in SADP, it tells me "time out". What now?

    Can't access camera

The Hiusin PTZ cameras I have also read port 8000 on SADP but I access their web browser normally, i.e. http://<ipaddress> only. How do I factory reset the camera without being able to use the web gui?

    Can't access camera

HTTP Port is still 8000. I did notice that when I hit forgot password and pressed export, it said "failed to get the key". When I try to change the ip address, it says "timed out". It seems the camera is timing out for everything or not returning any information back to the PC. What now?

    Can't access camera

Firmware: v5.3.3build150803 Security: Active I assume by status, you mean security status. I have SADP v2.2.3.6 build 20150428. I don't know if this is the latest version of SADP.

    Can't access camera

Hi everyone, I have a Hikvision DS-2CD3345-I that was working just fine a few days ago through Blue Iris. Yesterday, it stopped working in BI and web browser. I changed POE cable and it's no different. I can see the camera on SADP with the right ip address and I can see the camera on my...
