I pressed add camera in Blue Iris. I put in the IP address, username and password for the camera in Blue Iris. I press find/inspect and everything appears fine. When I press ok, it comes back with no signal. I put the same information in Internet explorer and everything works fine.

I have a new Dahua camera that looks bad in BI but great in the webgui. What could be causing this? What do I do to fix it? Here is BI Here is the Web page

It turned out to be faulty wiring. The ethernet plug had wires crossed. I cut the end off and put a new end with the wires connected correctly. I also changed the POE from passive poe to a 8 port POE switch. No problems since.

I apologize if I wasn't clear. The cameras are all connected to a Trendnet POE+TPE-TG80g router with up to 30W each port. It also did it with another POE+ passive injector.

Is it possible to configure BI for more than 20 presets? I set the Huisun for 25 presets to zoom into each parking spot and read licenses throughout the day. How can I patrol/auto-cycle all 25 camera presets in BI?

Just an update. I switched the camera to 12 vdc and it made no difference. I reversed the camera back into the keyed position and there was no difference. I checked preset 95 and there is no change in any menu option. I did not buy the camera used. It was from the same Aliexpress store as...

Yes, I have SADP 3.0.0.2. I made a mistake previously. The http port is 80 on all cameras. But the 3345 still does not let me enter web gui at all. When I try to change anything in SADP, it tells me "time out". What now?

The Hiusin PTZ cameras I have also read port 8000 on SADP but I access their web browser normally, i.e. http://<ipaddress> only. How do I factory reset the camera without being able to use the web gui?

HTTP Port is still 8000. I did notice that when I hit forgot password and pressed export, it said "failed to get the key". When I try to change the ip address, it says "timed out". It seems the camera is timing out for everything or not returning any information back to the PC. What now?
