You can also adjust the majority of the doorbell settings in Batch Config Tool with the exception of the PIR sensor area.

Click the three black dots in upper right next to the name of the device on the home page (Hik-Connect in lower left) or (I believe this is specific to iphones) swipe left on the name of the device then click the gear icon.

Which firmware do you have installed on it currently? Have you tried to fully factory restore the camera? If it's a software bug that will usually fix it.

Did you install the power booster that comes with the doorbell? If not, that should help and may completely resolve the problem.
