I have been given a roll of cat 6a network cable, I want to add two hikvsion dome cameras to my cctv network running poe if I purchase a Poe switch ( eg Netgear or ubiquity)will this work using the cat 6a cables. Thanks in advance

Ok, thanks for clearing this up guys. I guess what could work is getting an android tablet mounting it on the wall, downloading blue iris android software and login in intermittently say when someone knocks on the front door.
