I believe they all had unique static IPs but I moved the cameras around on the switch to see if I had a bad channel so I'm not 100% sure they ended up in the original locations so I'm assuming when I deleted channel 12, well I say deleted because I cleared the IP, mask & gateway of that channel...

Cameras 1 - 9 and 14 - 16 are plugged into the NVR, cameras 10 - 13 are plugged into the switch then the switch is plugged into the router so there's actually 4 free channels on the back of the NVR but the camera that is down is camera 12 that's plugged into the switch. Now can I delete channel...
