Could you share how you setup IVS rules to switch on autotracking? I think if you did stop for about 15 seconds then PTZ camear would lose tracking.

Yes, I think you all are right. The spot IVS interupts autotracking process. How can I deal with it without much Bourbon drinking :)? Here my settings are.

I setup IVS rules from the Web interface and changed the Tracking Target Size Ratio from 10 to 50. Unfortunatelly camera loses target in several seconds of autotracking. It starts autotracking about 3-4 seconds after that interupts it and repeat the process a few times. Here examples are.

I almost always use NVR interface to setup IVS rules for all cameras. There 3 ways to work with IVS rules: camera web interface, NVR interface and SmartPSS application for Windows. Would you recomment to use ONLY web camera interface ? Unfortunately I've not payed attention to it.

I use several 5442 cameras for this and they works fine switching 433XA to necessary preset. I don't know I setup IVS rules for 433XA. Could you tell me how you configured IVS rules for 433XA ? Do you use triplines and intrusion boxes ?

I uploaded IVS rules for Spot CAM2 and PTZ Preset 2 .

The intruder must cross IVS tripline not just touch the tripline.
