Woah. A lot of haters here. This new design is awesome. I have installed hundreds of cameras from Andy and it always annoyed me that i can’t mount the cameras to a standard single gang opening or something else that can get installed during construction. This style camera housing solved that...
Thanks, This is what it looks like on the IVSS7016DR. The symbol I circled says "Sync" if you hover the mouse above it. It doesn't seems to work very well when connecting remotely so I will have to try again when I am connected directly to the NVR.
I have a requirement to be able to review 4 cams at the same time in a casino. I wasn’t able to figure out how to play back 4 cameras at the same time. The clocks need to be in sync and they want to review at 16x speed. This is for the gaming Commision to review footage in the cashiers cage...
I followed the document on that site with a VTO and Grandstream phone. Both devices show registered now so I would think it should work however it says, "The call is not answered" when I press the button on the VTO.
It says Dahua because you installed a “Logo” firmware. They usually make two firmwares. One logo and one oem so that if you are selling to customers and don’t want them to know the brand or want to put your own brand name on the camera, you would install the oem firmware.
This camera doesn’t have face recognition capability. You would either need an NVR with the -I option for the facial recognition to work with this or any camera or one of the 7XXX cameras with the -FR option. The face detection option built in to this camera is a much simpler feature than Face...
That worked fine for me but then when I updated to the May firmware from @EMPIRETECANDY the Smart Plan stopped working because of algorithm mismatch. I went back to the 0425 version mentioned by @redfive in this thread and Smart Plan started working again. I'm curious if there should be...
Smart Motion Detection makes it much easier to search video. For example a bird or a tree blowing won't create a motion event. The camera uses AI to determine whether or not an object is a person or vehicle.
I am running the 200319 version and it works on my older 5432-16P-4ks2 hardware v1.0. There are still problems because the firmware is not very compatible with Dahua AI cameras. I was hoping that a new firmware release would fix the issues however the two new versions just listed will not load...
I got it to work by using Internet Explorer 11. @EMPIRETECANDY contacted Dahua and I forgot to post the workaround here. It is disappointing that it doesn't work without a plugin which is supposed to be one of the big advantages of the new version. Hopefully they correct it.
Why are you using it? I mean what specifically do you use it for? Configuring Dahua camera's and NVR’s or your main program that you view cameras with? Also, what video card do you have and what drivers are installed with it? I have a couple systems with 4K screens with 25 cameras displayed...
You can see in the picture of the Screen connected locally to the NVR there are 5 options that all say the correct thing when you hover the mouse above them where the picture of the screen that is logged in via web shows 4 options and it thinks that Video Structurization is Human Body Detection...
Yes. I also tried from multiple computers. I have this issue on 4 NVR's now. 2 NVR608-64-4KS2 and 2 NVR5432-16p-4KS2 units. Everything else seems to work fine. I have noticed the v4 web GUI's are somewhat junk. They are not consistent with the local access. For example. The Smart Plan...
@steve1225
It seems that you have some experience with these devices. Any chance you would have some input on my post here?
