have dahua NVR, can you run second monitor 30m away?
HDMI splitter + HDMI-over-CAT5 adapter should work for you, assuming you have an unused Cat5e run. Otherwise you'll need to use a HDMI-over-IP set which are unfortunately much more expensive.- taz420nj

Tailscale and Blue Iris help please.
Tailscale in simplest terms puts your remote devices on your LAN network as if they were connected to your home wifi. So to access things on the LAN, you simply use their local address/hostname as if you were home.- taz420nj

VM settings for BI on Unraid
I have an Unraid server that I plan to set up Blue Iris on rather than buy another dedicated computer. The server is a Ryzen 9 5950x with 32GB RAM and a 42TB array. No GPU. Weird gremlins show up when logic circuits powered by separate supplies mingle together. Either power the VTO off the gate opener transformer using an appropriate buck/rectifier, or isolate the contacts using an optoisolator/relay -
