have dahua NVR, can you run second monitor 30m away?
HDMI splitter + HDMI-over-CAT5 adapter should work for you, assuming you have an unused Cat5e run. Otherwise you'll need to use a HDMI-over-IP set which are unfortunately much more expensive.- taz420nj

Tailscale and Blue Iris help please.
Tailscale in simplest terms puts your remote devices on your LAN network as if they were connected to your home wifi. So to access things on the LAN, you simply use their local address/hostname as if you were home.- taz420nj

Mine has been in use for 3 years now, no problems. Before that I had a 3Com 24 port PoE managed switch in use for 6 years. I had also bought it used on eBay for about $30. Only changed because I needed more than the two gigabit ports. This Nortel is all gigabit. -

My recommendation is aways to look on eBay for used enterprise pulls. They are workhorses and will still have plenty of life left in them, although you will probably want to replace the fans. They are managed, so you can do VLANs to keep your traffic separated, and have PoE available on all... -

Did ya'll see the new lithium iron phosphate drop in replacements for lead acids? Theres a 12v 10Ah (same size as 7Ah SLA) that can deep cycle 2000 times for $100 a piece. You can even get a 24V 260Ah pack good for 3000+ deep cycles for only $6500! :D
